TERMS OF SALE

Registration:

    The parents of these litters are AKC registered.  All puppies will come with AKC registration applications at the time of
    sale.  It is the new owner's responsibility to register the puppy.

Price:

    Each male puppy is $400.  Each female puppy is $450.

Deposits:

    We will start accepting deposits at 1 week of age.  You will be required to choose a specific puppy when you pay your
    deposit.  I plan to make the puppies available for their new homes at 8 weeks of age.  If you want me to hold a puppy, I
    will require a nonrefundable $100 deposit.  If  something happens to your chosen puppy (dies or becomes severely
    injured) while in my care, you will have the option of another puppy, or your deposit will be refunded.  Deposit refunds
    will only be given if the puppy is found to be unhealthy, is injured, dies, etc.  

Payments:

    If you choose not to send a deposit, there is no guarantee that the puppy will be available when you arrive at my home.  
    If you are mailing your payment,  there is no guarantee that the chosen puppy will be available when your payment
    arrives.  Because of the high demand of our puppies, we need to hurry the payment process along, so that we can tell
    potential buyers what puppies are available and which are not.  Therefore, we will allow 3 days for your payment to
    arrive by mail.  If mailing your payment, please send it to the following address:

Puppy Policy:

    We have a strict requirement of all our guests....We ask that you do NOT go to see other puppies, anywhere, in the same
    day before coming to our home. This is how Parvo Virus gets spread! It is a little safer if the puppies have been
    vaccinated, but it isn't 100% safe until the puppies have received their "entire series" of vaccinations. After weaning,
    puppies will receive vaccinations every 2-3 weeks until 16 weeks of age.  Until the ENTIRE series of vaccines are
    finished, the puppies can still catch Parvo and other deadly contagious diseases!

    We will not accept visitors to our home before the puppies have had their first vaccinations. This is done for the
    protection of the puppies.  As stated above, visitors may track in germs on their clothes and shoes like Parvo, which is a
    very deadly virus. The most common way puppies get Parvo, is from people bringing the germs to them on their clothes
    and shoes. Even if you have not been around other puppies, the germs can still be picked up from contaminated side
    walks and grass and then tracked in on your clothes or the soles of your shoes. Parvo can live on the ground for up to 6
    years. Bleach is the only thing that kills the germs in the environment. You will notice that many other breeders that are
    careful will implement this same policy. I am sure you will appreciate this policy if you are purchasing a puppy from us!

    Until the new owner has taken possession of his/her puppy, the puppy is our property, and we will care for it as we
    see fit.

    The puppies normally receive their first vaccinations right before they are ready to leave for their new homes, so to make
    things easier for everyone, we have everyone come to choose and to take home their puppies all in the same day. We do
    not like people to come choose their puppy and then come back again later to take home their puppy, because this
    takes too much time out of our schedules and it is more inconvenient for the buyer as well, especially if they are
    traveling long distances.

Until the puppy exchanges hands, the puppy is my property and I will care for it as I see fit.
SHIPPING DETAILS

Air Shipping
    We air ship puppies to most large airports in the United States.  We will not ship internationally.  Air
    shipping will cost an estimated $350.  Before quoting a final cost, I will have to call the airlines, with the
    name of the airport where the puppy will be picked up, and they will give me the final price.  Snub nose
    dogs cost more to fly than a regular dog.  Also, the temperature regulations are different for Pekingese.  If
    the weather is too hot, the airlines will not allow a snub nose dog to fly.  Your puppy must be paid for in
    full, before we will ship.  Also, the shipping charge must be paid to me, in full, before the puppy is shipped.

Ground Shipping
    We also ground ship puppies.  This is the method that we prefer to use.  We use a dog hauler, who will
    deliver your puppy to your front door, for only $250.  The hauler's delivery area is shaded green on the
